- Scope of Work to be Performed The consultant shall provide professional services to develop, implement, and sustain an IAMP for raw and potable water pipelines and associated infrastructure, including: • Pipeline system that includes, but is not limited to, pump stations, valve vaults, meter/control buildings, and other pipeline-associated structures.
- 2.1 CMMS Requirements Development Working collaboratively with Agency staff, the consultant shall: • Conduct a needs assessment to document current workflows, pain points, and system requirements across maintenance, operations, and asset management functions.
- 2.2 CMMS Vendor Procurement Support The consultant shall support the Agency in conducting a separate, competitive procurement process for a CMMS vendor.
- 2.4 CMMS Implementation Support Following vendor selection, the consultant shall support the Agency through CMMS implementation, including: • Overseeing data migration from existing systems (GIS, Excel-based tracking, legacy records) into the new CMMS.
- • Proposed solutions shall integrate with MWA’s existing backup system strategy and/or include a recommended backup and recovery strategy implementation plan.
- • Applications must be downloadable via App Store, Play Store, or Windows Installer.
